Great location and amenities in a very small room. Positive: The location was perfect for walking around St.Petes. The lobby was very well appointed and comfortable. Everything in the room was well appointed and spotlessly clean. Negative: Although everything you need for an extended stay is provided in the room, the room itself is very small.

Great room and location. Easy to access. Perfect for no frills stay. Positive: There was breakfast? I like the Dunkin Coffee. The Champagne and popcorn were a great idea. Negative: Pillow weren’t so comfy

Lovely comfortable room, everything we needed, great communication from staff and amazing welcome basket! Positive: I loved how they remodeled this home! It’s beautiful - the front porch was welcoming - the huge lobby area where you could sit if you wanted was amazing. I found the self check in process quick and easy. Negative: The only thing I think some may not love is that you can’t park right in front of you have to walk about two or three blocks to your car. I was able to unload my car in front of the hotel because a spot opened up but you only have 15 minutes to get your car unloaded and then You have to get your parking pass from your room to go to the garage down the road and walk back. If weather was bad that would be annoying but it’s the only possible way for the property to have parking and I found it easy to navigate. I was grateful not to have to find street parking.
